The purpose of CTC is to equip men, women, students and athletes by communicating the unique and critical message of character (doing right), integrity (being whole through Christ) and accountability (honestly reporting to one another) into our daily lives.

For those who receive our CTC/TGIW Fall Newsletter, it arrived in your mailbox in late August/early September 2021. There's a great lead article which tells the story about our latest book, "Team Workouts on Character, Vol. 1" plus other updates.
Our CTC/TGIW Spring Newsletter featured Damion Cooper (Collektive Company) who joined the CTC staff in July 2021. This was bulk mailed to 3,000+ people on April 28, 2021.
KC Royals Faith & Family Day
We co-hosted for this event on July 17, 2021 at Kauffman Stadium with special guest Zach Williams as our concert artist. Also, Scott Dawson shared the Gospel and our counselors prayed with 153 people when the invitation was extended..
To prepare for this event, there was a special Pastors & Ministry Leaders Luncheon for the Faith & Family Day on May 11, 2021 with Matt Marasco & Matt Farmer speaking.
Valor & Virtue Conference with "FIGHT THE NEW DRUG" - April 2022
MAIN EVENT: April 2022 @ College Church of the Nazarene; Olathe, KS (6:00 - 9:00 p.m.). An inspiring educational event for students (6th grade and up), parents, youth groups and adults. Chick-fil-A dinner included with registration fee.
TRAINING EVENTS: April 2022 @ Holy Trinity Catholic Church; Lenexa, KS (8:30 - 11:30 a.m. OR 1:30 -4:30 p.m.).
Two identical training events for youth and ministry leaders, pastors, school leaders, school counselors, and professional counselors.
NOTE: These events were originally scheduled for April 22, 2020; September 16, 2020 & April 21, 2021, but had to be re-scheduled due to COVID-19.
