Jim
was born and raised on Maryland's Eastern Shore. He and his wife Patricia
reside in Gainesville, FL. They just celebrated their 33rd anniversary and
they have a 28 year old son, Michael. Jim began his career as a public secondary
school math teacher. He has worked as a public secondary school principal
and private elementary school principal. Most recently, Jim worked as the
Coordinator of Alumni Affairs at the University of Florida College of Nursing.
Effective January 1, 2004, Jim became the Executive Director for Florida
Men of Integrity (FMI), after serving for years with FMI, Promise Keepers
and as a deacon in his local church. Jim has a passion for Men's Ministry
after commiting his life to Christ eleven years ago. In addition to being
an Associate Staff member with Character That Counts, Jim serves as an Associate
Staff member for Great Dads, 4 Front Ministries and A Master Plan for Men.
